The rooms were unique and brand-new, and the food was tasty, plus the reasonably spacious bathroom was a big hit.

Its location is excellent & incredible, not far from a pier, which is elevated several meters from water level, and the restaurant. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 0 minutes.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful lakeside resort. The clean and well-designed rooms, along with the immaculate grounds, made for a perfect setting. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even taking care of our laundry for a reasonable price. The resort's restaurant/bar had a great selection at affordable prices, so we never felt the need to leave. Plus, the views of Lake Sevan were amazing.

The location is magnificent and beautiful, just next door to Yerevan. The staff is service-oriented and very friendly. There is a huge variety of outstanding food for meals.

Good value for money, luxury for a nice price, beautiful and no noise around, warm attitude, great lake view, comfortable for children.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel location is superb, being completely on the shore of the lake with a beautiful beach and close to the monastery. The hotel facilities are top notch and well-maintained, particularly the secured parking and the ping pong table in the basement. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. The staff was very attentive, making us feel like we're at home.

The hotel had a great location near the monastery ruins and offered some nice leisure facilities, such as a small but clean swimming pool. the room was spacious and well equipped, with a strong shower in the bathroom and a fantastic view from the balcony.

The hotel suffered from a number of maintenance issues, including broken toilet and bathroom lights, which limited the level of comfort we experienced.

Spent a weekend at a lakeside hotel with great views from twin balconies, great breakfast and cozy bonfire restaurant. The staff was always ready to help; they adjusted the geyser temperature upon request. The room was neat, clean, and had everything I needed. The price is reasonable, great value for money.

I appreciated the complementary breakfast in the morning and the strong WiFi connection throughout my stay. the hotel's location was also great, being just a short distance from the monasteries in the area. I found this hotel to be a comfortable and convenient option for my business trip.
